Key Responsibilities
• Timely and accurate booking and bill of lading confirmation upon receipt of client's authorization
• Issue warehousing notices or arrange trailers to make boxes to help customers communicate with fleets and warehouses until goods arrive at port.
• Good communication with shipping company booking unit, arrange and coordinate a series of normal and unexpected events
• Problems that may arise in the process of harmonizing customs declarations
• Timely and accurate settlement after completion of business
• Promote professional ability, master the operation requirements of shipping companies skillfully, and settle accounts timely and accurately after the completion of professional guidance business for customers.
• Quickly handle abnormal business situations and customer complaints
• Assist Finance Personnel in Payment Time Node Management
Key Stakeholders & Interface
• Education: College and above
• Experience: More than three year experience in freight forwarding operation. Experience in handling multimodal freight by rail is preferred, Careful, diligent, able to withstand certain work pressure.
• Language: Need a certain foundation of English reading and writing
• Skills: Proficient in office software, familiar with freight forwarding operation process, can communicate with foreign agents in English.
• Personality: Positive, honest, responsible, have a strong sense of teamwork, can withstand certain work pressure.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams to oversee the operations from railway, trucking, warehousing, to contract logistics—delivering seamless integrated logistics solutions.
· Manage complex projects, optimize operational processes, and implement best-in-class SOPs and training for the team.
· Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
· Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
· Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely collections, payments, and account reconciliation.
· Resolve business challenges and customer issues with professionalism and agility
Key Stakeholders & Interface
· Degree holder or above, preferably in Operations Management
· 10+ years of logistics industry experience, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity
· Good knowledge in logistic operation process & quotation model
· Proven expertise in project management and process optimization
· Experience in Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) of SOPs and KPIs for Import and Export Business in logistics industry
· A mature & tactical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
· Good teamwork and people management skills—able to lead, inspire, coach, and develop diverse teams
· Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
· Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office : Word, Excel, PPT), with knowledge in cargowise will be a definite asset
· Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Manager
