Key Responsibilities:

1.      Assist General Manager in customer relations management, business development and, operational processes management.

2.      Daily business operation tracking

3.      Follow up the status of the fleet trip to ensure that the truck fleet delivers orders in accordance with SOPs and customer requirements

4.      Maintain the service quality of all drivers in the fleet, optimize customer satisfaction, complaint rate, and improve service quality;

5.      Maintain a stable, positive and positive driver team, and give the driver team the necessary care and help;

6.      Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1.        Fresh graduate or university students, with major in Logistics or Transportation

2.        Interested in the logistics industry, and plan to develop a long-term career in MEDLOG

3.        Understand the relationship between people, machine, materials, process, and environment aspects of the truck operation;

4.        Self-motivated, good communication, coordination and learning skills

5.        Pay attention to communication with people, high emotional intelligence, be able to actively analyze and solve problems, and accurately complete all related work
